Seeking a well rounded creative thinker and graphic designer, to join a small in-house creative/marketing department. This role will report to the Art Director, and will collaborate with the Marketing team and other designers to execute branding and marketing strategies across all company channels and brands. Must be comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team environment, be a “jack of all trades” within design areas, and able to take ownership of projects and work independently. Must be comfortable working on all aspects of a project from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a multi-faceted creative who is also a solution-oriented problem solver and willing to have a hand in all aspects of the company’s marketing and branding strategies. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and photo retouching is a must. Experience concepting creative campaigns and familiarity with the creative process for multi-faceted, integrated campaigns a must. Comfortable designing for both digital and print formats highly desired. Photography, copywriting or HTML coding experience a plus. Previous ad or brand agency experience highly desired. Prioritizing and time management skills are vital for success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Design – Branding/Marketing (Digital and Print)
Project Management - Manage multiple complex creative projects at once through our online project management tool, and ensure that the progress of all creative projects are tracked / documented.
Production Coordination - Coordinate with print/production department and outside vendors to build production-ready files and ensure successful execution of all brand and marketing collateral in terms of design, paper stock, color-matching, etc.
Photography/Photo Editing - Create virtual product and lifestyle images upon request including resizing for specific customer needs, web images, internal marketing collateral; Photograph and retouch product images for catalogs and image library; Maintain and organize catalog of product images to required standards
Product Strategy - Develop deep knowledge and expertise in NTL Brands' product strategies, including brand differentiation, full lines of products, channels, manufacturing/production capabilities and design collections
Product Art Design - Assist in planning and development of annual design collections for drinkware and dinnerware lines; Concept ideas for customer to put their brand or marketing message on customizable drinkware items. Knowledge of designing for screen printing and die sublimation highly desired.
Continuous Learning - Investigate new and emerging technologies, design solutions and tools, and make these known (where appropriate) to the Marketing and Creative teams
