Job Description

  1. Manage community-level sales and marketing creative requests:
    • Receive, interpret and prepare incoming creative requests for design
    • Communicate with client to resolve outstanding information
    • Continually evaluate and adjust project priority based upon workload and necessity
    • Track proof reviews, approvals, production, and communicate expected completion to key project stakeholders
    • Turn time for requests should typically be 48 hours and should not exceed 5 business days unless otherwise indicated.
  2. Design and coordinate collateral for all internal and external projects (all cities)
    • Produce print-ready artwork
    • Abide by the marketing guidelines for creative requests from the field and home office
    • Work with Sales Counselors, Sales Managers, Marketing team, or other clients on brainstorming, copywriting, packaging, presentation, themes, and strategy
    • Work closely with external vendors/printers
  3. Build and maintain good communications and working relationships with all employee owners
  4. Produce correspondence, documents, and reports as requested
  5. Provide administrative support as requested
  6. Assist with other marketing projects and events as requested
  7. Other duties as requested


Job Qualifications



Bachelors or better in Graphic Design or related field.



•1-year experience in Marketing or related field preferred

•Strong computer skills in page layout, image composition and vector object software (Proficient in Adobe PhotoShop

•Experience with other design programs a plus

•Knowledge of MS Office software with emphasis on spreadsheet and database management

•Self motivated - self starter/likes to take initiative

•Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks

•Strong communication skills; ability to interact with employee owners professionally

•Ability to focus on short-term and long-term goals simultaneously

•Highly creative and independent, but also works well as part of a team
