Title: Graphic Designer

Reports into: Marketing Team
The Graphic Designer responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. The position is charged with providing artistic direction, message discipline, brand consistency, and predominately marketing support for all aspects of rewardStyle and LIKEtoKNOW.it. Works collaboratively on all matters of creative expression and graphical representation. This role is also brand police, ensuring development, adoption and adherence to brand standards.
This role is to ensure the creative development and implementation of world-class communications on a global scale and to keep design consistent with the company’s goals and aesthetics. This position requires someone who lives and breathes design and who seeks out the best possible creative answers to Marketing’s daily and toughest challenges.
