This individual will join a small team with 30+ years of experience to conceive, develop, and execute compelling creative solutions for clients in
markets including luxury retail, food and beverage, real estate, hospitality, fashion, and more. The B+C
team is highly collaborative, and this individual will work closely with other creatives and directly with
the Creative Director and Executive Creative Director.

• Concept, develop, and produce creative work in branding, print, digital, and broadcast spaces
•  Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet all set deadlines
•  Collaborate with creative team and report to Creative Director and Executive Creative Director
•  Adapt smoothly to project changes and/or agency needs
•  Oversee creative projects and production work delegated by team
•  Communicate with vendors, clients, and collaborators
•  Handle file preparation for digital and print projects
•  Specify paper selections and write print specs
•  Handle pre-press, proofing, and press supervision
•  Follow existing practices and procedures to deliver best results
•  Bring a positive energy and enthusiasm to the team

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of focus
•  3-6 years of experience working as a creative in a professional environment (we are not currently looking for new graduates)
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
•  Superb branding, design, and typographic skills
• Attention to detail in all creative work
• Team player attitude and self-starter work ethic
• Ability to execute creative based on existing brand standards and concepts
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Web development experience (such as WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
