The Art Director/Designer is responsible for the conceptual and strategic development of marketing and promotional materials, including corporate identities; advertising; collateral; web sites; digital marketing; social media; and internal and external corporate communications. The AD supervises illustrators, photographers, programmers, copywriters and production artists on projects. The AD works closely with team members from both the creative and account side as well as external providers, to develop strategies for advertising/marketing concepts that visually communicate the product/service in a manner that will appeal to the target audience under time, budget and production constraints. The AD role is critical in assuring that MB continues to go above and beyond our clients’ expectations. Their ability to make smart judgments about timing, creative direction, and when and how much to challenge the parameters of a project are very important.
