Job Description

As Brand Manager, your focus will be on owning and developing the brand strategy through maintaining project workflow within the internal creative team and amongst outside agencies, creating consistency amongst design and voice within marketing collateral, and staying current on market trends and competitors to advance the brand. Additionally, you will be a design or copy resource to create and execute creative projects as needed to maintain project workflow and timeliness. The Brand Manager will work closely with the Marketing Project Manager, Director of Marketing and VP of Digital Marketing to ensure all projects and assets are delivered on time and within expectations.

Job Responsibilities

 Essential Functions of the Role:

  • Manage and develop the brand strategy for Worldwide Express/Unishippers
  • Maintain project workflow internally amongst team, as well as with multiple outside agencies
  • Design (develop copy for) print collateral including presentations, brochures and more, including providing final print-ready or digital files as necessary for printers or digital use.
  • Utilize best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continue to inform and evolve strategy for improved performance and optimization.
  • Ensure visual consistency and branding across various touchpoints (email campaigns, print collateral, websites, landing pages and more).


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Strategic Communications, Journalism or a similar degree area preferred
  • 3-5 years brand oversight and/or marketing management experience, preferably in a corporate marketing department with experience with graphic design and creative experience
  • Experience in using and building emails and landing pages in Pardot a plus
  • Experience working with agencies preferred
  • Copy review or copyediting experience required
