Job Description

We're currently looking to hire a talented Project Assistant who will have the autonomy to shape this role to fit their skill set as they grow with the company. The ideal candidate will have stellar taste when it comes to branding and marketing. This person is a go-getter with a great work ethic. If you're organized, creative and eager to learn then you can climb the ranks quickly within this growing startup.


Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Project management: Collecting assets from clients, sourcing new creative talent, managing monthly blog topics for clients, ensuring that projects are on track to meet deadlines
  • Handle website updates for clients (Squarespace)
  • Some Graphic Design
  • Some Copywriting
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Learn who the client is and what they will like.
  • Help to establish systems and organizational procedures to ensure an efficient day-to-day workflow
  • Source SAAS and programs that will help improve the quality of work we are producing as well as help us run more efficiently
  • Flexible schedule, but must be able to work with the Creative Director in Victory Park 3 days per week. You are welcome to work remotely otherwise.
  • Must have a reliable computer and internet connection (MAC preferred)

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven graphic design experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Major plus if you have experience working with CMS like Squarespace, Webflow, and Shopify
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills. Must be articulate, polished, grammatically correct, and be able to mold to the different personalities of the clients we write for.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Major plus if you have logo design experience

Additional Information

This is a full-time contract position with an initial salary of $36k.
