Job Description


The Production Graphic Designer works with our team to execute a creative design. They ensure brand standards across color, font, production quality and more. No matter the medium, they are creative, computer savvy graphical experts. Whether it’s print production or digital design, these artists create a quality, finished product that meets organizational branding goals.

The ideal candidate works well both within a creative team and as a self-starter. They are excellent communicators and inter-departmental collaborators and are skilled listeners who are able to execute a concept. This candidate should have expert understanding of Adobe Suite, an innovative, strategic thinking ability, as well as the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time while meeting hard and fast deadlines with ease. This candidate must be comfortable working from our design studio, onsite and remotely.

Job Responsibilities


•        Work closely with the marketing and brand team to produce work for the brand in any medium, including but not limited to: print, outdoor, digital, web, branded content, and video

•        Follow existing processes and procedures and speak up to suggest new approaches to delivering top results

•        Drive a standard of superior quality in presentation and final product

•        Meet hard deadlines and be highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail

•        Manage image asset sizing, resizing, and filing

•        Maintain file organization standards

•        Execute all design needs for Curriculum Campaigns

•        Print Curriculum zine (x2 yearly)

•        Digital Curriculum campaigns (every 3-4 weeks)

•        Create all company signage

•        Create and maintain designs for Teak Tearoom menus

•        Email Marketing and Social Graphics

•        Update image assets on website (size appropriately and upload)

•        Work with the Ecomm team to organize product image assets for sizing and upload

Job Qualifications


•        Mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

•        The ability to execute designs based on existing brand standards and concepts, and present designs in the form of labeled and well-organized comp sheets

•        Deep understanding of print production and strong layout skills

•        Flexibility and openness to learn new skills

•        Understanding of color and photo editing

•        Understanding of web and video graphics a plus but not required

•        Positive, can-do attitude
