As a Digital Designer, you will use creative strategy to create experiences through digital, print, video and environmental design. Bring your enthusiasm about design thinking and an ambition to learn. You will receive mentorship and guidance and stay on top of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic business objectives
Manage multiple projects while delivering on timelines and expectations
Responsible for creative process from concept to completion which includes:
Bachelor's degree in visual communications (such as graphic design, communication design and emerging media or equivalent programs)
One to two years in a design position, with demonstrated ability
Portfolio of work required that displays a wide range of branding, marketing and interactive work and shows creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation.
Experience in visual design, brand development, storytelling, social media strategy, data visualization, and user experience design
Skills in Adobe Creative suite programs
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Ability to present, collaborate and negotiate innovative concepts and solutions; prioritize, problem solve and work well under pressure to meet deadlines; provide design solutions for MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on timelines and expectations
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements
