Raising Cane’s is seeking an ONSITE Communications Manager to be based in its Plano Restaurant Support Office. This role is primarily responsible for driving the internal communications strategy and site development for the company’s internal communications mobile app. The Communications Manager will utilize internal communications experience to serve as the company’s primary point person for all aspects of the company’s internally focused mobile application platform, including adoption, engagement, planning, developing, publishing and monitoring all communications content that appears on the internally focused mobile application – news articles, videos, executive communications, forums, blogs, training documents, biographies and a variety of other communications – ensuring they are aligned with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Culture, and are developed to Raising Cane’s high standards.
As part of the Communications team, the Communications Manager will also develop a wide variety of internal communications, weekly newsletters and documents, coordinate communications to the Restaurants and RSOs and help plan & coordinate Company events, as needed. This position will lead our growing app team and have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside our multi-functional Team.
