We are seeking an full-charge bookkeeper or accountant with at least 5 years relevant experience to join our team. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, reporting directly to the President.

Responsibilities Include:

• Accounts payable / disbursements
• Accounts receivable / billings
• General ledger, account reconciliation, monthly financial statements
• New business proposals / estimates
• Year end processes including preparing 1099s
• Work with 3rd party PR company to ensure accuracy
• Monthly sales tax reporting
• Order and maintain office supplies, as requested
• Assist, as needed, to keep Monday.com and Dropbox updated and organized
• Work with third-party IT company to address computer/network related issues
• Handle and coordinate the personal financial matters of the company president to ensure organized and accurate financial management
• Special projects as directed by President

Skills and Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Dropbox and Google
• Excellent time management skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and to multi-task / prioritize work
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Solid sense of discretion and professionalism, handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Experience with Clients and Profits is a plus
