We’re on the hunt for a mid-level Account Supervisor with 3-4 years of agency experience to support and lead integrated accounts. This role requires a confident communicator and strategic thinker who can build strong client relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and help ensure every project is executed with excellence.

Job Responsibilities

- Support and lead day-to-day management of multiple client accounts
- Drive the execution of integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on creative, digital and web initiatives
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, clearly translating client needs into actionable deliverables
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, web and PR teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution
- Create and oversee project timelines, scopes, budgets, and resource allocation to keep all projects on schedule and budget
- Lead and participate in client calls, presentations, and ongoing communications with confidence and clarity
- Review and edit team deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Analyze data to drive optimization and present actionable insights
- Support strategic planning and creative brief development
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback and support for growth
- Stay sharp on industry trends, tools, and competitive insights to add strategic value
Job Qualifications
Requirements, Job Skills + Tools
- 3-4 years of agency experience (required)
- Proven expertise in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong background in B2B marketing with an emphasis on creative, web and digital
- Demonstrated leadership with a focus on mentorship, collaboration and driving results
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking and project management skills
- Proficiency with tools like Sprout Social, Google Analytics, CRM/ESP platforms, project management platforms (Basecamp, Trello), etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across varying clients
- A natural communicator (both written and verbal)
- Curious, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Experience across multiple verticals, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services, is a strong plus
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
