Job Description

Content Creation

  • Create scroll-stopping content (Reels, TikTok’s, carousels, memes, short videos, graphics)
  • Write engaging captions and scripts tailored to each platform
  • Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools
  • Own the content calendar and align posts with campaigns and trends

Brand Storytelling

  • Craft narratives that reflect our mission, voice, and values
  • Spotlight customers, team members, product highlights, and company milestones
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to uncover and tell impactful stories
  • Support video series, launches, and campaigns with cohesive messaging

Job Responsibilities

  • Design with purpose: Create layouts that are both beautiful and functional, aligned with brand standards and creative strategy across print and digital.

  • Guard the brand: Ensure visual consistency by upholding design systems and brand identity at every touchpoint.

  • Tell the story: Transform ideas into engaging visuals through thoughtful typography, compelling storytelling, and clean composition.

  • Collaborate widely: Partner with writers, strategists, product leads, and fellow designers to deliver cohesive experiences.

  • Raise the bar: Embrace a culture of critique—sharing feedback, refining ideas, and pushing for stronger outcomes as a team.

  • Own the work: Manage timelines with clarity and focus, balancing multiple projects while maintaining high standards from start to finish.

Job Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing
  • Strong portfolio of visual + written content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook that demonstrates design excellence, layout precision, and creative problem-solving
  • Knowledge of AI platforms and use in daily functions (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, and Meta AI) as well as HeyGen, Invideo, Gamma or other AI tools
  • Great storytelling instincts and short-form copywriting skills
  • Hands-on skills in video editing and visual content creation
  • Organized, self-motivated, and trend-aware
  • Proficient in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar content creation platforms
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) and content scheduling platforms (e.g., HootSuite, Meta Business Suite, Social Pilot)
  • Experience with UGC, Micro-influencers, analytics, or social listening tools is a plus
  • Own your timeline juggling multiple projects with clarity, focus, and high standards from start to finish
