Freelance Copywriter (CRM & Digital Marketing)

10–20 Hours per Week | Hybrid

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Freelance Copywriter to support our marketing team with CRM and digital marketing assets. This role is ideal for a writer who understands brand voice, customer engagement, and conversion-driven messaging within retail, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods.

You will help craft compelling copy across email, SMS, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional assets, ensuring every message reflects our brand voice while driving customer engagement and sales.

• Write and edit CRM communications, including:

  • Email campaigns

  • SMS messages

  • Customer lifecycle communications

  • Loyalty and promotional messaging

• Develop copy for digital marketing assets, including:

  • Paid social ads

  • Website banners and landing pages

  • Product launch messaging

  • Promotional campaigns

• Translate marketing briefs into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy

• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all channels

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to support campaign launches and product storytelling

• Revise copy based on stakeholder feedback and performance insights

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail marketing environment

• 2+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in retail, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG

• Experience writing CRM marketing copy (email + SMS)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement

• Ability to adapt tone across promotional, product, and brand storytelling

• Excellent editing and proofreading skills

• Comfortable working from creative briefs and marketing calendars

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deliverables each week
