This is a paid, 3-month, part-time role designed for recent graduates seeking meaningful agency experience and a pathway toward a future creative role.

If you enjoy working in the Adobe suite, supporting campaigns and learning how integrated marketing programs actually come together, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll support multiple account teams and gain hands-on experience across integrated marketing campaigns, digital ads, branding, and agency operations.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Build out design assets for integrated campaigns across digital and print, including social, web, email, and collateral using existing key art
  • Version out brand identity systems, including logo files and brand guidelines
  • Develop social media content aligned to campaign strategy and creative direction
  • Drop in copy and prototype web pages in Figma
  • Edit and retouch imagery in Photoshop
  • Prepare client-ready presentation decks and supporting materials
  • Finalize and package production files for print and digital deployment
  • Apply and uphold brand standards across all deliverables
  • Iterate on designs based on internal and client feedback
  • Organize and manage files, templates, and asset libraries
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account teams to execute work efficiently
  • Participate in brainstorms, critiques, and campaign planning sessions
  • Attend internal and client meetings; document key takeaways and action steps
  • Support project management, including timeline tracking, reporting, and coordination tasks

You’ll leave this role with a strong understanding of how integrated campaigns are developed and executed across disciplines.

  • Part-time position (25–30 hours per week)
  • Hybrid schedule based in our Addison office - in-office 4 days/week
  • Local DFW candidates only

Perks + Culture

  • Dog-friendly office with snacks, coffee and the occasional celebratory treat
  • A supportive, team-first environment
  • Mentorship from experienced agency leaders
  • Exposure to multiple disciplines within marketing and communications
  • Opportunities to grow toward future full-time roles when available
