Favorite Worst Feedback
Definitely when I was working on a project with a professor of mine who I very much admired and they told me to dig deeper in my writing, thoughts, and feelings. The project involved a rather personal topic, so of course I was shattered, but it helped. It helped a lot, actually. Feedback can certainly hurt sometimes, but it has only ever pushed me to be better at what I do.
