About Me

While growing up, splitting time between the suburbs of Austin and a farm in West Texas, I developed a love for creativity and absorbed principles that prioritized hard work and getting the job done right. Determined to turn my passion into a profession, I enrolled in the Texas Christian University’s competitive fine arts design program to hone my design skills. After graduation from TCU, I ventured east on i30 to start a family and fulfilling advertising career in Dallas. On the weekends you can find me shamelessly entertaining the happiest one year old boy in the world, challenging Penny, the golden retriever, with the fearsome lawnmower monster, running or grilling for the love of my life and other former frog friends. So, basically, dad stuff.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients – starting primarily in design, then B2B and B2C brands including Samsung, Texas Health Resources, ESPN 30 for 30, Anheuser-Busch and Twin Peaks Restaurants. I’ve always gravitated towards the creative, visual aspect of advertising, but my true passion is discovering creative solutions supported by insightful and meaningful connections to the brand, or their consumer. That’s when functional becomes fun.
