Alicia Stepp is a photographer and creative director with over 25 years of experience shaping visual culture across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and music. Her multidisciplinary background - which includes early work in web and graphic design, alongside years of experience in creative direction and production, gives her a rare 360° perspective that bridges aesthetics and strategy. Alicia’s work is rooted in intuitive leadership and a passion for aligning people, ideas, and stories - bringing out stronger, more meaningful creative outcomes.

She is the founder of OPAL, a brand new Dallas-based creative studio offering high-concept creative direction, visual ideation and bespoke production for brands at all stages. Born from a deep love of storytelling and creative ideation, OPAL is nimble, emotionally intelligent and built to defy the traditional agency model in favor of a more intuitive, collaborative process. Alicia personally curates teams whose passions and aesthetics align with each client’s unique vision, offering hands-on guidance from concept to execution.
