Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing concepts to life visually and meeting the design needs of both our clients and internal projects. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with our operations, production, human resources, marketing, and creative departments on projects and events.  Overall, they will communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate. 

Job Responsibilities

·       Responsible for project leadership and developing other designers

·       Collaborating with event leads and/or clients to determine the scope of a project

·       Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience

·       Develop graphics, illustrations, layouts, logos, websites, and invitations

·       Able to package files correctly to send to outside vendors

·       Experience with presenting new concepts to clients 

A successful candidate will posses:

·       Professional portfolio

·       Specializes in corporate branding

·       High proficiency with all Microsoft Office software

·       High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

·       Ability to sketch and hand-draw design concepts

·       High capability of prioritizing tasks and remaining detail-oriented

·       Ability to remain calm under pressure and a positive attitude is a MUST

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Ability to meet deadlines and exceed design expectations

·       Time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects at the same time

·       Passion for learning about the events industry

Job Qualifications

·       A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design

·       Preferred 2+ years of agency experience

·       The Graphic Designer is expected to work 40+ hours per week
