Role + Responsibilities

• Develops, manages and executes organic and paid digital/social media strategies based on client business goals
• Develops content aligned with each client’s social media strategy, with assistance from content team
• Creates rich media graphics and video with assistance from creative team
• Monitors progress of paid and organic social advertising strategies and adjusts as needed
• Interprets analytics for recommendations on continual improvement and can also communicate these back to the client
• Continually provides innovative ideas to clients in utilizing latest digital and social media features and trends
• Briefs and updates clients on campaign progress, while quickly able to pivot to new approaches based on optimizations and insights
• Demonstrates ownership of accounts assigned to him/her; proactively looking for trends, noticing when optimization needs to occur, raising alarms when/if necessary when issues arise
• Prepares internal and external communication materials such as status reports, timelines, project estimates, dashboards, etc. in a timely and consistent manner
• Serve as effective and professional, primary client-facing contact
• Learns and retains details on a wide variety of client industries and competitors
• Mentor and manage junior-level team members
