The DSVC is excited to bring the speaker series to Deep Ellum!

This fall, all of our meetings will take place at Life in Deep Ellum. Masks are recommended. We can't thank everyone enough who logged on to our virtual speaker series last year and are excited to welcome you back to in-person meetings! We will continue to have a live-stream option available to those unable to attend due to COVID concerns or anyone outside of DFW who would like to hear from our speaker lineup.

Join us from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm for coffee and networking at Life in Deep Ellum's coffee shop Mokah. At 7:00 pm you can bring your coffee into the venue and we will get the meeting underway. There is ample parking at Life in Deep Ellum so no one will struggle to find a spot.

On October 6th, we welcome multidisciplinary designer and artist Winston Elliott.

Winston Elliott is a multi-award-winning designer/artist based in Southern California inspired by joy. As someone who once struggled to find their voice and identity, Winston uses his skills as a multidisciplinary designer to create positive change in this world. Through studying and exercising efforts to understand humanity, diversity, and the power we hold, he shifts thinking to make a long-lasting impact in our cultures and communities as a designer. Currently, Winston is having fun shaping Taco Bell's brand visual tone and social media. His clients include Playboy, Somsiren, the LGTBQ+ community, Movement 515 + more.

When not behind his computer, you can most likely find Winston drinking an iced coffee (with light soy) or hanging out with his bird, cats, and or dog. Or all of the above.
