Job Description


  • Manages creative design quality through production of materials, branding assets, creative branding and implementation, logo design, website creative assets, email creative, original artwork, and traditional advertising.
  • Create visually appealing promotional materials, advertisements, signage, event flyers and banners, promotional email blasts, logos, and any outward communication art pieces.
  • Ability to produce original and high-quality artwork and creative designs that cater to our target market, with a good eye for detail, color, design, fonts, aesthetic and layout
  • Help manage library of lifestyle and product photos to use for print and online material.  Candidate will also have high proficiency to retouch and edit photos to a desired quality for the marketing department. 
  • Ability to maintain and manage, with efficiency, a creative asset deadline calendar to manage project deadlines
  • Determine and complete the graphic and printing requirements of all properties/departments, interpreting and applying all brand standards consistently to all materials produced.  Candidate will also be responsible for quoting all print projects and seeing all creative projects through to production.
  • Illustrates concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts to present to the marketing and/or design teams
  • Must have a solid understanding of all technical aspects of artwork/graphic execution, such as (but not limited to) color/screen separation, various printing methods, setup & layout for factories, print vendors, etc.
  • Creativity is very important, but must be able to mold creative ideas into understandable graphics that sell and can be executed by overseas factories
  • Garment or T-shirt design experience is a plus, with focus on original artwork creation, screen print, print design, and graphical embellishments
  • Completes projects by coordinating with outside vendors, art services, printers, etc.
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Compensation: Commensurate with experience


Job Qualifications

  • Graphic designer should be highly creative, analytical and detail oriented
  • Receive and follow instructions, volunteer ideas and solutions, and works well under pressure
  • Proficient in software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office
  • Able to perform and work well as part of team
