Copywriters play an essential role in the conception and creation of compelling, on-brand strategy and campaigns across multiple channels. They bring exceptional creative thought and craft output, developing and delivering projects from brief to end user.
The Copywriter at Tandem Theory will approach every brief with fresh eyes. Avoiding familiar solutions, the Copywriter will create and inspire work that is distinctive, effective and truly remarkable. You will craft exceptional copy and storytelling with some direction.
· Implement a combination of strategic and conceptual copywriting skills.
· Craft creative, on-strategy copy for campaigns across multiple channels including, but not limited to direct mail, emails, landing pages, digital banners, social, web, mobile.
· Strong collaborative and communication skills with both client and various teams within Tandem Theory.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-pace environment is a must.
· Maintain a flexible work schedule, as weekend and extended workdays are sometimes necessary.
· Work in close partnership with the Designers and Creative Director to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and on-strategy.
· You have a compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high quality copywriting and concepting within a variety of digital campaigns and projects.
· You appreciate the value of a detailed creative brief.
· You know the difference between proofing and editing and can win at both.
· Strong time management skills.
· 3+ years of experience.
· You are fearless, boundlessly creative and have a relentless attention to detail.
· The ability to adapt your writing style to a variety of brands.
· Passion for our craft: culture, design, creativity, and technology.
· Strong presentation skills.
