Job Description

MAX is looking for a mid-senior level designer to be a part of our tight knit, utilitarian content group. This amazing person will be working with and creating large brand/musician partnership content including website, digital media and point of sale design. They will also work with our production team on large scale musician photography both leading on-set photo shoots through final touched-up photo delivery for approvals. Regarding website design, knowledge of html and CSS is a plus, but not required. The design role is both new conceptual design and production design of current ongoing campaigns.

Job Qualifications

Must have:

·       High impact site design including low fidelity wires and functionality specs

·       Ability to create point of sale and create press ready files

·       Ability to work within, yet push brand constraints

·       On-set photo shoot experience

·       Photo retouching that includes color correction, image build-outs and basic cleanup

·       Very detail-oriented

·       Keep up-to-date with project task management

·       Fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

·       Usability and user interface design

·       Basic understanding of content management systems

·       Experience using JIRA

·       Ability to effectively communicate with front-end developers
