Job Description

MAX is looking for a mid-senior level designer to be a part of our tight knit, utilitarian content group. This person will lead projects creatively while working alongside the VP of Content creating large brand and band partnership content including website, digital media, point of sale and more. They will also work with our production team on photography direction and video storytelling to better match the overall creative campaign.

Job Responsibilities

Core Duties:

·       Assist the VP of Content with graphic design strategies to help define a look and feel for partnership campaigns

·       Design campaigns including websites, point of sale, social media graphics and digital media

·       Lead graphic design projects from concept to completion while meeting timelines

·       Collaborate with contractors on a daily basis if needed

·       Communicate concepts and ideas with others on the content team and other supporting teams


Job Qualifications



·       5+ years’ experience working in-house or with an agency

·       Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign

·       Experience in photo retouching (color, light and cleanup)

·       Strong ideation skills

·       Ability to work on multiple projects at once

·       Comfortable collaborating and receiving feedback

·       Ability to work on tight deadlines

·       Interest in video production is a plus, but not required

·       Bilingual (Spanish) speaking candidates would be a PLUS

Nice to Have:

·       On-set photo shoot experience

·       Usability and user interface design

·       Basic understanding of content management systems

·       Experience using JIRA

·       Ability to effectively communicate with front-end developers
