Weaver is looking for a graphic designer with a strong understanding of long-form document layout, brand stewardship and an excellent eye for detail. This designer will collaborate closely with proposal writers to blend photography, imagery, infographics, text, and multimedia elements, incorporating them into proposals and PowerPoint presentations. The position requires a thorough understanding of layout fundamentals (grid systems, typography and image use for print and digital). Candidates should have strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite of applications. Designing for document layout and presentations is a plus. Additional responsibilities include working with the firm’s style guides to ensure brand consistency throughout various projects, as well as other design projects as needs arise.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and have a passion for learning and staying abreast of creative best practices, trends and tools. You should be comfortable interacting, communicating and presenting ideas to team members and internal stakeholders.
