Job Description


 Assist with development and implementation of graphic standards 

 Create and oversee production of marketing materials for brokers and company 

 (brochures, flyers, logos, promo items, social media posts, letterhead, postcards, etc.) 

 Work closely with brokers to create specialized marketing material

 Create and order custom signage

 Create ads for digital and print publication

 Assist CEO with recruiting materials

 Facilitate training of team at headquarters and market offices to implement marketing material 

 Assist leadership and brokers as needed   

Job Qualifications

 Ability to work effectively with different personality types, self-motivated, critical and creative thinking, time management, business-to-business tone, presentation skills 

 Must be strong in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) 

 This position works closely with the leadership team.

Fast-paced, global commercial real estate firm headquartered in Dallas, TX is looking for an in-house marketing specialist to concentrate on graphic design as part of its full-time team.  This position will cover design for digital and print materials with a formal business-to-business approach. Material includes presentations, email broadcast, company brochures, infographics, and property flyers. The individual must be comfortable working under tight deadlines and as a part of a small team under the direction of leadership and a team of brokers across North America. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or Graphic Design with 2+ years of experience in marketing and creating marketing materials.
