Job Description

The Art Director is responsible for the ideation and conception of graphic elements, as well as print and digital marketing assets for both internal and consumer-facing needs. Maintaining a consistent brand image and tone and having the ability to create high quality creative assets in a timely and organized manner is essential.

The Art Director with minimal supervision, assesses, analyzes, proposes Marketing and Public Relations strategies and solutions and manages implementation of multiple complex products or function plans across all entities of Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH). The Senior Marketing and Public Relations Consultant consults with Hospital Marketing Directors, Presidents and System Senior Executives to determine business objectives and market-segments and develops plan for achieving. The Art Director Convenes System participants in each product to reach consensus on strategies.

The Art Director evaluates market data, competitive information, and financial data to determine effective Marketing and Public Relations strategies to accomplish business goals of each product and/or function. The Art Director plans and manages budget for implementing Marketing and Public Relations Programs. The Art Director leads designated team to plan, execute and measure marketing and public relations support to the organization to accomplish business goals. The Art Director will be experienced, strategic thinker and a strong presenter with an expert comprehension of the brand standards, our consumers, and our mission as a brand and healthcare system. An ability to leverage feedback as a way to enhance the work, as opposed to simply fulfilling the ask, is a plus

The ideal candidate for the Art Director role will serve as Marketing and Public Relations Counsel to Business Leaders by providing market place evaluation, technical expertise and problem resolution.
