Job Description

Role Purpose:

TGI Fridays Marketing Deparment is seeking a designer to manage digital and social channel marketing & assist creative lead in the development and execution of content for social media.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Major Accountabilities:

·       Manage social media calendar and work with creative manager on post ideation, execution of content and channel strategy.

·       Ability to create conceptual social media content based on promotional calendar, aligning with marketing strategies, current promotions and creative direction.  

·       Review and schedule posts, monitor channels and participate in social engagement.

·       Must stay on top of current social media trends, techniques and platforms.

·       Manage social influencer visits and content creation.

·       Manage Website images in collaboration with Merchandising managers.

·       Manage Home Page merchandising materials along with store page advertising

·       Assist with trafficking of paid social and digital assets.

·       Work with internal project team to communicate updates and deliverables for all materials. Communicate project schedules and content due dates to insure on-time delivery of creative and printed materials.

·       Assist field marketing teams for franchisee and local market needs.

·       Work with cross functional teams to develop key timelines and deliverables.


Job Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

·       Must have online portfolio and social media samples to apply. 

·       Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communication preferred.  Minimum 1-3 years related Marketing with social media experience required.

·       Independent Thinker and Solution Oriented.

·       Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).

·      Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.

·       Knowledge of print process and production.

·       Strong attention to detail.

·       Must be a team player and be able to accept and apply creative direction/feedback.

·       Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

·      Must have a strong design sense and know how to create engaging video and photographic content for social.

·      Food and beverage background is a plus.

·      Video editing and animation abilities is a plus. (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

·      Experience using customer experience management solutions like Sprinklr, Sprout & Emplif is a plus.

This would be a hybrid position to start with. But eventually might become fulltime on-site.
