Job Description

We are growing and need smart creatives with at least 4 years of branding experience in an agency/studio environment to join our team!   It takes a special kind of person to think both strategically and creatively. We get that. And we’ve built a culture where that’s exactly what you can do. It shows in the way we come to work. We show up ready, and we finish the day satisfied. We love what we do. We have fun as a team. We win a few awards along the way. And that makes all the difference.

Job Responsibilities

The Art Director/Designer is responsible for the conceptual and strategic development of marketing and promotional materials, including corporate identities; advertising; collateral; web sites; digital marketing; web design; social media; and internal and external corporate communications. The AD supervises illustrators, photographers, programmers, copywriters and production artists on projects. The AD works closely with team members from both the creative and account side as well as external providers, to develop strategies for advertising/marketing concepts that visually communicate the product/service in a manner that will appeal to the target audience under time, budget and production constraints. The AD role is critical in assuring that MB continues to go above and beyond our clients’ expectations. Their ability to make smart judgments about timing, creative direction, and when and how much to challenge the parameters of a project are very important.

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in design/advertising or related with at least 4-9 year’s agency/firm experience
  • Exceptional conceptual and design skills
  • A portfolio that displays a wide range of branding, direct and promotional marketing, social media, advertising and interactive work
  • Strategic and creative prowess with a strong attention to detail

  • The ability to respond professionally to direction, constructive critique and client feedback
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines in a remote office environment
  • Ability to manage time and projects wisely
