Job Description
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
- Collaborate with Creative Director to understand client needs and translate them into impactful web designs.
- Design and develop user interfaces (UI) that are not only beautiful but also intuitive and user-friendly.
- Craft pixel-perfect mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
- Create a cohesive visual language across all digital touchpoints, including websites, landing pages, email marketing, and social media graphics.
- Develop reusable design elements and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
- Partner with developers to ensure seamless integration of your designs into the final product.
- Design and build small to medium websites in Webflow
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- Possess a strong foundation in web design principles, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging websites.
- Are proficient in industry-standard design tools like Figma or Adobe XD (experience with a minimum of one is preferred).
- Have a solid understanding of responsive design and best practices for various screen sizes.
- Can translate brand guidelines into cohesive web experiences.
- Have a branding background with an eye for detail.
- Enjoy working collaboratively with Creative Directors, developers, and project managers.
Job Qualifications
- 4 year college degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Web Designer in a studio or agency setting.
- Proven ability to design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript is a plus.
- Proficiency in MacOS and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with building and designing in Webflow
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a dynamic and creative team.
