We are seeking a talented, mid-level graphic designer to join our team. As a graphic designer, you will work closely with the design team and overarching communications team to produce design assets in support of our weekend services, as well as other design deliverables for both internal and external campaigns.

• Works with the design team to produce high-quality finished artwork and designs, ensuring files are properly prepared for digital and print applications.
• Collaborates with project coordinators and other ministries to define project requirements, maintain unity, and deliver on scope.
• Assists with coordinating artwork, photography, and printing processes to meet project deadlines.
• Upholds and applies organizational brand standards across visual materials.
• Represents the design team in meetings, effectively communicating and providing clear direction on its behalf.
• Sees projects through from concepts to completion in collaboration with other team members and departments within the communications team.
• Manages and organizes brand assets to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Proven ability in design, illustration, composition, and technical skills.
• Stays current in new trends, technologies, and software.
• Experience with AI creative tools and applications (preferred, but not required).
• Demonstrates creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
• 3–5 years of industry graphic design experience.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to present design concepts and creative decisions.
• Ability to balance multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Open to constructive feedback.
• Handles conflict well.
