Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Presentation Designer is an entry-level role for the Design team within rewardStyle’s Marketing Department. This role completely immerses the employee in rewardStyle's design aesthetic and provides the opportunity to work with every department, in each of rewardStyle’s global offices.  

This role  creates visually captivating presentations for internal and external clients including webinars, speaking engagements, rewardStyle the Conference, case studies, Keynote templates and more. This role not only requires expert-level creative ability and quick execution but also strong critical thinking skills. The presentation designer must be able to effectively transform ideas and data into purposeful designs that are not only visually appealing but tell an engaging story.

About 85% of the work is presentation design-focused. Additional work may include: graphic design for web or print, newsletter design support and event design support.


Job Responsibilities


  • Understand and demonstrate the fundamental principles of design (contrast, emphasis, balance, movement, etc.) as it applies to presentation designs.
  • Understand marketing strategy as well as copy/design integration; organize information effectively; and convey data through graphic elements such as charts, graphs, maps, tables and text.
  • Take direction and inspiration from stakeholders and create presentations that are not only visually appealing, but tell a compelling story.
  • Design, provide revisions, and produce final presentations in a timely manner.
  • Design Keynote presentation templates that are self explanatory and easy to understand so that business teams  are able to independently update.
  • Must be organized, self-sufficient, and have the capability to pivot  from one design project to the next quickly and competently. 
  • Ability to design informative infographics, one-pagers, email graphics etc. from new and existing artwork and assets. 
  • Able to concept and own projects from beginning to end, starting with ideation  and ending with the final presentation or design.
  • Work within brand guidelines to ensure all presentations and decks are on-brand.
  • Work closely with and take direction from Senior Graphic Designer and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications


  • A Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design or equivalent field is required, or equivalent experience.
  • Expert user of Apple Keynote and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Meticulous attention to detail as it applies to the varying uses of the rewardStyle brand, its style, design aesthetic, and guidelines.
  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders, and well as take creative/brand direction from Senior Graphic Designer.
  • Experience ranging from large, multi-slide Keynote presentations to concise one-sheeters . 
  • Flexibility to work with a team, as well as break off and develop individual concepts when needed.
  • Familiarity in tracking your work in project management tools such as Asana.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results driven.
  • Humility and a desire to challenge oneself creatively and professionally.
  • Constant pulse on the design and tech spaces.
