Lynda Decker is a multidisciplinary designer whose work encompasses brand strategy and identity, interactive communication, publications, information graphics, and design criticism. Before founding Decker Design in 1996, she spent 10 years developing brand strategies for IBM, Chase, Citi, Falcon Jet, and Mercedes Benz. Lynda has won every major creative award, including the Clio, the Art Director’s Club, the One Show, Graphis, AIGA, and the Print Regional Annual.

With Decker Design, Lynda has created a new kind of agency, blending the discipline of branding and the beauty of design with practical marketing strategies that meet specific business goals. Her methodology engages clients in a highly collaborative process in order to discover and leverage their authentic points of differentiation in the marketplace. Recent projects include strategy and branding for the Clinton Foundation, strategy and branding for BlackRock, strategy and website design for Boies Schiller Flexner, and information graphics for TPG’s RISE Fund.

Lynda has served as vice president of the AIGA New York Chapter and is currently the national co-chair of the Women Lead Initiative, where she has been the driving force behind the Double or Nothing campaign in partnership with IBM, Quartz, and leading design agencies for gender equity in the workplace.
